ULTIMATE Fruit Smoothie
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Water (Make sure there are no additives!)
1 cup Organic Frozen / Fresh Fruit (Berries: Blackberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
2-5 Frozen Pitted Sweet Dark Cherries
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Make sure there are no additives!) (Almond Butter also works)
2 Tsp Honey
1 Scoop Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Pomegranate Arils / Seeds
1 Scoop Vanilla Bean Protein Powder (I really like “Just Ingredients” Brand ; but just make sure the ingredients list is Pure)
1 Tsp Cinnamon
*For an extra health boost - feel free to add some “Golden Milk” powder. (I like the Gaia Brand)
Note: Adding the Golden Milk will change the flavor of the smoothie.
